Charlie Fuller, Executive Director
Charlie is a retired Special Agent
with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and resides in
Brunswick, GA. He has over 27 years of law enforcement experience with
expertise in undercover, electronic surveillance and training. He was
a Program Manager at the ATF National Academy for six years where he
was responsible for the undercover/field operations training. He is
the author of The Art of Undercover: Techniques and Survival,
the complete "how to work undercover" book. He currently presents
undercover, surveillance and electronic surveillance training programs
worldwide.
Stephan "Ski" Dembinsky
Stephan is the Director of Public
Safety for Daytona Beach Shores, FL. He has over 30 years of law
enforcement experience and has extensive experience in the management
of undercover operations. Ski is a graduate of FBI National Academy
and is an experienced instructor in the training of undercover
officers and managers. He is the first President of the Association.
Jimm
Langley
Jimm is a Special Agent with the
Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and currently resides
somewhere in the United States while on a long term deep undercover
operation. He has over 20 years of law enforcement experience with
ATF and U. S. Customs. He just completed a five year assignment at
the ATF National Academy where he was a Program Manager responsible
for all undercover training. He has extensive undercover experience
and is also recognized nationwide for his instructional abilities.
Gayland Hammack
Gayland is a retired Sergeant with the Las
Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Organized Crime Bureau. He has
over 27 years of law enforcement experience and is a supervisor in the
Intelligence Section which is responsible for conducting complex long
term covert operations. He has many years of undercover, electronic
surveillance and training experience and is recognized nationwide as a
fine instructor.
Carlos Baixauli
Carlos is a Special Agent with the
Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms in Tampa, FL. He has over 20 years of law enforcement experience and has extensive undercover
experience in the Miami, FL area when he was assigned there with ATF
and the Florida Department of Alcoholic Beverage and Tobacco. Carlos
spent four years at the ATF National Academy as a Program Manager
where he was responsible for the undercover training.
