Narcotics,
Vice and Street Crimes Supervisors
Training Seminar
A five day (36 hours)
training program designed for law enforcement officers who supervise, or
plan to supervise, narcotics, vice or street crimes units. The course is
designed to provide supervisors with techniques and methods they can use
to make their units more efficient and safe.
The curriculum will be
presented by instructors who have over a hundred years of experience in
undercover narcotics, vice and street crimes investigations. They bring
together a wealth of knowledge and have designed a training program
which goes to the very heart of teaching supervisors how to better
manage and utilize their personnel.

Instructors
CHARLIE FULLER - Retired Bureau of
Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms Special Agent. Charlie has 27 years of law
enforcement experience with expertise in undercover, electronic
surveillance and training. He was a Program Manager at the ATF National
Academy for six years. Charlie was responsible for the Undercover and
Field Operations Training Programs. He currently presents undercover,
electronic surveillance, physical surveillance and high risk entry
tactics training programs nationwide. Charlie is also the author of The
Art of Undercover: Techniques and Survival, the complete book on "how
to" work undercover.
GAYLAND HAMMACK - Retired Sergeant
with 27 years with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Gayland
has worked 17 years in the field of Special Operations and has
supervised Technical Surveillance units. He has been a certified P.O.S.T.
instructor since 1987 and was the training coordinator for the Las Vegas
Metropolitan Police Department. He has been a Master-Core instructor for
the State of Nevada since 1992. He has supervised Task Forces involving
D.E.A., F.B.I., B.A.T.F., I.N.S., I.R.S. and U.S. Customs. He has
conducted investigations in a number of States, Southeast Asia and
Eastern Europe. He is considered an expert in the field of Covert
Operations, Electronic Surveillance and Money Laundering. Gayland has
provided training to Law Enforcement Agencies throughout the United
States, Romania, Slovakia and Hungary.
DAVE REDEMANN -
Detective,
Seattle Police Department. Dave
is assigned to a special undercover unit.
Dave has worked two long term deep cover undercover operations
for federal agencies, one of which was 4 years in duration.
Dave has been involved in undercover operations most of his 22
years of law enforcement experience.
He designed and presents an 80 hour Basic and
Advanced
Undercover
School
for the State of
Washington
and Seattle Police Department, where he developed his reputation as a
skilled instructor.
RON SHREVES - Lieutenant, Los
Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Lancaster, CA. He has 28 years of
law enforcement experience and is presently the Commander of the
Sheriff’s Lancaster Station Detective Bureau. Ron is an accomplished
supervisor of undercover operations and currently manages the Lancaster
Station Covert Operations. Based on his past and present activities, Ron
has become an expert in the creation, maintenance and termination of
successful storefront sting operations.
DR. LAURA BRODIE - Laura A. Brodie,
Phd., is a practicing Clinical and Forensic Psychologist in Tustin, CA.
She has worked with the Los Angeles Police Department’s Employee
Assistance Program, focusing on substance abuse issues in law
enforcement as well as debriefing and preparing undercover officers for
assignment. She is also a member of the CRT and SAT’s Hostage
Negotiation Team. She currently evaluates Federal Candidates for law
enforcement employment, consults with local police departments and
treats law enforcement individuals in a variety of psychological issues.

Registration Information
Registration fee for the
five day training program is $495.00 per person if paid in advance or
prior to the conclusion of the program, via cash, check or
Visa/MasterCard. If the registration fee is paid after the
conclusion of the training program the cost is $550.00.
Registration fee includes the cost of
the instruction, handout materials, copy of The Art of Undercover:
Techniques and Survival, and certificate of completion. Group discounts are also available. Call for

Site
Training will be held in the Convention
Area of the Orleans Hotel, 4500 W. Tropicana, Las Vegas, NV,
800-675-3267. Registration for the training program will be held on
Sunday, April 12 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Monday, April 13 from
7:30 AM to 9:00 AM in the Convention Area. At Registration, all
participants will be given ID cards which will be required for entrance
into the training program. Please try to register early. Classes will be
held daily from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 9:00AM to12:00 PM.
